Naomi Litchfield is Director of Patient Advocacy at Bionical Emas and brings extensive experience in clinical research, early access programs, and patient engagement. Prior to joining Bionical Emas, she spent many years at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London as a Senior Clinical Research Nurse, supporting patients and families participating in clinical trials and early access programs.

In her current role, Naomi works closely with patient organisations across a wide range of disease areas to better understand the needs, challenges, and priorities of the communities they represent. She is passionate about ensuring that the patient voice is meaningfully embedded throughout clinical development, and about improving awareness and understanding of early access pathways in a compliant, ethical, and person-centred manner. Her work focuses on empowering patient communities through education, collaboration, and co-creation.
