The Health Inequity Treatment Index (HITI) by ISPEP offers a structured way to quantify disparities in patient access to medicines, helping pharmaceutical companies set actionable health equity goals. By activating patient voices, encouraging behavioral change, and promoting collaboration across therapeutic areas, HITI provides a practical framework to improve outcomes and reduce inequities in care. It’s a step toward ensuring that all patient groups receive the treatment they need.
