The International PBC Summit was created out of a need for the community to galvanise as one unit, particularly around the gap between the latest science, regulatory demands, and real-world evidence, with agreement from multiple stakeholders that a community stance is vital for genuine and meaningful progression of patient care.

The Summit was intentionally created with a bold and unconventional approach. Bringing together multiple stakeholders from around the world including expert patients and patient advocacy groups, clinicians, pharmaceutical industry representatives, specialty nurses, and more, the Summit’s unique format gives more power to those on the floor than those on the stage, with the room setting the agenda and identifying the topics for focus.
